Amilia is a complete registration platform. Several family members can register at the same time, in one specific account and all in a single transaction. Spots are instantly reserved for each member in their chosen activity until payment is confirmed. Amilia then generates an invoice and sends the registration confirmation by email automatically.

Activity management

Payment Processing

Give your customers access to secured online credit card payments!

Once payment has been received and the registration has been successfully processed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the customer. If the "Pay Later" option is available and selected by the customer, a spot will be reserved for the participant in their chosen activity, a registration confirmation email will be sent and the amount due will be adjusted in their account.

Have you considered offering preauthorized credit card payments?

Our Professional and Corporate Plans give you the option of allowing your customers to spread out payments over time for larger transactions. Specific payment amounts and dates must be set by administrators.
