Explore Colonial America (ages 6-10) Sarah Winn In Explore Colonial America we will learn about America’s earliest days, including how the colonists managed to survive, build thriving colonies, and eventually challenge England for independence. How did the colonists build homes, feed, and clothe themselves, and get along with the Native Americans who were already there? By combining hands-on elements with riddles, fun facts and activities, such as making a ship out of a bar of soap, building a log home, and churning butter, we will have a great time exploring our nation’s early years.
