Description:
New and returning students are welcome! Get ready for high-school science with this Apologia-based survey of the physical world. This course covers a broad range of topics including earth science, weather, chemistry, and physics. Students are encouraged to participate in group discussions, games, and hands-on experiments. Focus is placed on developing habits that will carry over into high school science, including note-taking, quizzes, and tests. Homework: 1-3 hrs per week. Students supply Exploring Creation with Physical Science Student Textbook, 2nd Edition (Apologia) Time:2pm, ending 5/5 Tuition: $105 for 14 weeks/ $94.50 for volunteers Supply Fee: $15
