Children 1.5 to 5 year old participate with an adult under the guidance of an experienced coach.

Do not go on apparatus if it is not part of your circuit - Dress in comfortable workout cloths - Tie up long hair - Bare feet for the child - socks for the parent - Class duration: 55 minutes

Prerequisites: - One (only 1) parent (or care giver) must accompany each child - parent or care giver must be able to actively participate to assist the child - must purchase full membership
