Structured class for 3 years old Professional gym with specialized age appropriate equipment Learn gymnastics basic skills and general fitness; work on coordiantion, flexibility, strength, listening and social skills Excellent preparation for school and other sports

Required age: 3 - 3 on the day of the activity
Notes: Please - dress in comfortable sportive clothing with no buttons or loose pieces for safety - Long hair MUST be tied back - Your child will go bare feet and go into the gym with a coach - do NOT enter the practice area without a coach or staff.
Prerequisites: - Able to listen to instruction - able to attend class independently (no separation issue). Otherwise, consider first start in Mommy & Me class - Fully toilet trained; or must wear training pull ups
