Professional gym with equipment for Olympic events in Artistic Gymnastics

Learn gymnastics basic skills and general fitness; work on coordination, flexibility, strength, as well as listening and social skills

Excellent foundation for higher level gymnastics and other sports

Notes: Please - For your child's safety, please talk to him/her about listening to coach and following instructions before class. No climbing on equipment until coaches give instructions - arrive 5 minutes early to use the washroom - if you are late, still use the washroom - dress in comfortable, sportive clothing with no buttons or loose pieces for safety - do NOT wear fit bit, dresses, skirts, tutus, jewelries, - Long hair MUST be tied back - Bring a water bottle - do NOT bring electronics or cash - cel phone must be handed to office or coach for safe keeping during class time. - Leave shoes on shelves before class (children practice in bare feet) and go in when coaches signal - please do NOT enter the practice area without a coach or staff - Parents may leave the premises but be available on a cel phone - Drop off on time (not early nor unsupervised) - Pick up (return 5 min before class ends)

Prerequisites: Jr Gym - Able to follow instructions - able to attend class independently - Junior Gym experience an asset but not necessary. Children are grouped according to age and experience - Notes at time of registration if there are health concerns and/or learning disabilities
