Gym Policies:

Non-refundable: $40 Gymnastics Ontario registration & insurance fee (G.O. fee) is not refundable. Camps and Movies night are not refundable.
Make up class: NO make up class if your child is absent for any reason. Only if the gym has to cancel a class, we will provide alternatives.
Refund: NO refund for camps or Movie nights. Class tuition refund request by writing 72 hours BEFORE the 2nd class (after you have had 1 class). Refund of Tution for Classes = total paid - admin fee $15 - G.O. fee $35 - 1st class. Cheque takes 10 business days and will be mailed by post to your address on file.
Change of day/class/time: Written request form must be submitted 72 hours before the affected class and only when available, $5 per child per change.
In our structured class, participants are expected to listen and follow coaches' instructions.

Waiver: By continuing with this registration:

You acknowledge that both gymnastics and trampoline are sports associated with certain risks. Even when practice takes place in a safe and controlled environment, injuries can occur. By registering and participating, you and the participants waive and release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the program, the club and all the associated personnel of Ajax Acro’s Gymnastics Club and Durham Gymnastics Academy against any claims by or on behalf of you and the participants resulting from the participation of the gymnastics program for damage or injuries to the participant or property, resulting from the negligence or other acts of any employees or volunteers in connection with our gymnastics programs. You further agree to indemnify and to hold our program including all its associated personnel free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which may incur as a result of any injury or damage that you or the participant may sustain while being part of our program in gymnastics and/or Trampoline.
You agree to have your child(ren)’s photo used for club promotion, on the website, in print and on the Facebook page.
You agree to receive emails with information about dates changes and the club's other events, including but not limited to open houses, upcoming camps, holiday breaks etc.
You agree that there is no refund or exchange for any booking of Camps,Drop in classes, and Movie Nights. These are final sales.

You agree to update your information, especially your email address as well as address, telephone numbers in your Amilia account. Email is the main mode of communication. In the case non receipt of notification from the club because email address is not valid, the club is not responsible for the non receipt, nor the club be responsible for any subsequent result because of the dropped email.
You and the participant agree to adhere to our gym rules and policy.
