Description:
Do you have a teen who loves food and wants to learn more about cooking and kitchen skills? Do they struggle to find somewhere fun to go with their friends, and want to try things they’ve never tried before? We have created LKA Late Nights just for them. Our Friday & Saturday night sessions are a fun place where teens can hang out with friends, make new friends, take great photos for Instagram or Snapchat, and leave with new confidence and skills in the kitchen. LKA Late Nights will teach teens valuable information about nutrition, proper recycling and composting practices, eating locally, organically, and how our choices affect the environment and our planet. They will learn how to safely handle kitchen equipment to increase their independence at home. In our fun, relaxed environment they will discover how to tweak recipes and create truly amazing meals they can recreate at home with family and friends.
