Winter brings shorter days, longer nights spent indoors and cool weather. But when your children step inside our kitchen—warm baking, hot soups and new lessons bring smiles to their faces, plus, gives them an outlet for their pent up winter energy.

Over the course of the class, each teen will create a family meal as a group – from organizing their workstation, to preparing and selecting all ingredients, to creating and cooking the actual meal.

Working together lets you talk about your food choices, substitute ingredients to make everyone happy, and divide up the tasks and your time amongst the group members to get the job done. At the end of every class, they will gather around the community table to share the delicious meal they have created together!
