Altis Event Participation Guidelines

• All recreation classes, excursions, and special events are open to all residents.
• Unless an event is specifically designated a "Friends and Family" event, two people over the age of 18 per household may attend or the maximum number of residents residing in an Altis household. (Two people could be comprised of one resident and one guest, or two residents.)
• Those in escrow are welcome to participate in all activities and use all amenities without guests until they are residents.
• Children under 18 are only allowed at events where family attendance is specifically noted.
• ** All reservations MUST be made online through the Amilia platform. We are sorry, phone calls, emails, notes, and verbal requests cannot be accepted unless specifically noted in the event description.**
• Unless noted otherwise, all events and activities with fees must be canceled at least 5 days in advance of the event date to be eligible for a refund.
• Events with food must be canceled before the registration deadline to be eligible for a refund.
• Excursions must be canceled a minimum of 14 days in advance for a refund unless a waitlisted participant can take your place.
