High Performance Solo Routine (1 hour per week)

Swimmers request solo and duet routines as early as possible in the season.  Final decisions regarding who swims solos and duets, as well as duet partnerships will be made by coaches on or before October 8th, 2023.

Additional training for figures or other athlete needs may be arranged and will follow the same schedule.

At Aquatica, we do our best to accommodate the needs of the individual. Hours available for training will be communicated to competitive families. Athletes wanting to train outside the hours offered should discuss options with their coach, extra costs for pool space can incur if sessions do not take place during regularly scheduled training times.

Fees include pool space time, coaching time on deck, as well as coaches prep time to choreograph routines, plan practices and cut music.

Note: Training fees will not be adjusted or refunded for training time missed due to pool foulings, pool closures, holidays, and weekend competitions. If athletes add on training later in the season, their rate will be prorated accordingly.
