Summer Program 2019
Welcome to our 2019 summer program! Please read through the information below carefully. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
We will not be offering Wednesday’s/Part-Time only we haven’t been able to accommodate this in the last couple of years due to so many full-time children. This will no longer be an option for our camp.
Below are the camp dates and breakdown costs for our summer camp. The cost per week will be per child and can be done on our registration website (amilia.com). Payments for camp will now ONLY be accepted online via Credit Card.

Camp Dates & Cost Breakdown per week
Week 1: July 2-5 ($120)
Week 2: July 8-12 ($150)
Week 3: July 15-19 ($150)
Week 4: July 22-26 ($150)
Week 5: July 29-August 2 ($150)
Week 6: August 5-9 ($150)
Week 7: August 12-16 ($150)
Week 8: August 19-23 ($150)
Payments will be in 5 even Installments or you can pay in full at the checkout
* 25% of your total payment will be due at the checkout (if choosing the installment option)
* Payments will then be taken bi-weekly (dates may vary)
(For example: If your child will be in weeks 1,3 & 5 your total amount will be $390. 25% of that total amount is due upfront ($97.50) Then every 2 weeks an even payment of $58.50 will be taken off your credit card).
REFUND POLICY
The BBBAA is a non-profit organization. The Association strives to maintain the lowest possible fees & ensuring that our members receive the highest level of programming possible.
The association incurs an administrative cost for each child during registration including but not limited to staffing, credit card & debit fees, equipment, facility rental and It is because of these costs that the BBBAA has adopted a refund policy going forward for all programs.
A full refund will be granted if notice is given by the Thursday before the next week starts. Please try to give notice as soon as possible so that your child is not taking the spot from another. (Ex: If you are signed up for the week of July 15-19, you MUST give notice by July 12th at the latest to get a full refund).
A 50% refund will be granted if notified by the Monday of the current week until the Friday of the next week. (Ex: If your child is registered for July 15-19th and we are notified between the 16th-27th, you will only recieve a 50% refund).
Refunds requested 15 days after the start of a week will not be permitted without a required doctors note minus a $15 administrative fee.
PLEASE NOTE: A $40.00 fee will apply to any NSF cheques received by the BBBAA.
