Summer Camp Refund Policy:

Fees for our Summer Day Camps are non-refundable after July 1st, 2021. If you need to cancel your camp prior to July 1st, we will issue a full refund, minus a $5 administration fee. If you need to cancel your camp week after July 1st, 2021, we will credit you for another week if there is availability.

Injury or Sudden Illness:

If at anytime, due to circumstances such as injury or sudden illness, medical treatment is necessary, a BGC Moncton operator, administrator, or staff will take whatever emergency measures are necessary for the protection of my child. This may involve applying first aid, calling a physician or nurse, carrying out the instructions given and/or transporting your child to a hospital or clinic, including the possible use of an emergency vehicle. This may be done prior to contacting me and that any expenses incurred for such treatment, including emergency transportation is the responsibility of the child's parent/guardian.

Covid Screening:

Parents/Guardians are responsible for screening their child(ren) for Covid-19 symptoms prior to bringing/sending them to BGC Moncton facility and/or bus each time they attend. Sending your child to BGC Moncton's facility, bus, or events signifies that you, the parent/guardian take full responsibility and attest that all questions in the screening questionnaire were answered with a "NO".
