19/20 Stretch and Strengthen - 2 Times per week

This program is mandatory for all flyers (Mini aged and up) to improve their body positions and level of performance. In a 30 minute class, athletes will be taken through a warm-up and work leg, back and shoulder stretching techniques to increase flexibility. They will also work on muscular strength to improve confidence, sharpness and precision.
