Stretch and strengthen is a mandatory program for all flyers on competitive teams. This program is designed to improve flyer body positions, flexibility, strength and performance. ALL classes will be virtual for the months of July and August. Register for your class time under "Skills" and a zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the start of each class. This multipass is for athletes who will be participating in 1 class per week.

Note: Once you have purchased the multi pass, go under skills and stretch and strengthen to register for your time slot using your passes. Passes will expire at the end of August so please use all passes before August 31, 2020. It is at the responsibility of the family to ensure all passes are used.
