Description:
Young Artists will work with natural materials to create outdoor installation-style art, and use mixed media to recreate the natural world. Expect to get messy this week using clay, pigment paint, water, natural light dyes, plants and more to make some natural art. This week young artists will learn how to use the world around them in their creation!

Required age: 7 - 12 on the day of the activity
Notes: For each day of camp, bring a (nut-free) sack lunch, 2 snacks, water bottle, and sneakers to enjoy a picnic lunch, group games, and playground time. Art can be a messy business so be sure to have artists dress appropriately, or bring an older t-shirt or smock.
Prerequisites: PLEASE NOTE: When registering for camp, young artists must register as the grade they completed in the 2017/18 academic calendar.
