Description:

Printmaking is the art form of making compositions or designs by printing them from specially prepared plates or blocks. There are many different types of printmaking, and artists in the class will get to explore multiple methods.

This class will offer students a new world of 2D art beyond drawing a painting. We will explore beginning printmaking processes that will lead to creating monotypes, editions, and collagraphs. Brayers, stamps, stencils, printing presses, and relief prints are a few of the fun things we'll play with in this Printmaking class.

Price: $85.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 12 - 18 on the day of the activity
