Description: **This is a SECOND Pickleball course added to our calendar on Wed, Jan 17, 2018. Please note course dates** Pickleball anyone? We are very pleased to partner with the Chilliwack Pickleball Club again to bring you one of the fastest growing sports in North America! This course will begin with a mandatory orientation class at UFV to cover rules, etiquette, scoring, risks and benefits of the game. The remaining 3 sessions are at the Landing Sports Center ~ 45530 Spadina Ave, where you will be mentored by coaches from the Pickleball Club on the nuances of the game and how to play it. All equipment will be provided. Wear clean-soled runners & comfortable clothing. Please Note: This sport is high energy and requires a moderate level of existing fitness and balance as you will be reaching, running and bending. All students must sign an off-site waiver form at the orientation class to participate in this course.
