Students who are enrolled in a full session of classes at C3 may use this calendar to manage their class attendance for missed classes and make-up classes. To learn how to use a make-up credit please read our studio policy.
Additionally, students may purchase drop-ins for classes using this calendar. Additionally, students may purchase drop-ins for classes using this calendar. NOTE: There are no refunds for drop-in classes. No exceptions. If you are not able to attend your drop-in class, please email us at info@commonwealthcircus.com and we will try to find an alternative date for you to attend class.
SESSION DATES:
COVID: We recognize that this is a very stressful time. We value your contribution and participation in our community. All though we are not offering refunds after the start of the session we are open and willing to discuss other options with you if you need to miss the session or a class due to COVID.
To learn about newly posted programming, follow C3 on Facebook, join the C3 Students Facebook Group, follow C3 on Instagram, or sign up for the C3 newsletter on the homepage on our website at www.commonwealthcircus.com.
Level 1, Level 101, All Levels, and Mixed Level classes are available for drop-in during this session Please contact us if you are unsure whether you qualify to drop in on a class. Anyone may drop in on any Fitness or Flexibility class at any time during the session as long as there is space available in the class.
All other classes require explicit approval for drop-ins. Students who are currently enrolled in classes at C3 are approved to drop in on classes at or below their current class level in each discipline in which they have recently taken classes. Those who are new to C3 but not new to circus arts must contact us to arrange a skill evaluation before attending classes. If a student purchases a drop-in for a class that they are not approved to take and the instructor determines that they cannot safely participate in class, the student will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be granted.
Point or Space rentals are an awesome way to make-up a missed class or get extra practice in your circus discipline of choice! Since we are currently limiting the number of students in the space at once, we aren't able to offer an Open Studio Option at the moment. Each student will have their own space or dedicated aerial area/apparatus to use while they are at the studio for their rental. Once you register, we will email you back to coordinate which apparatus you will be using!
You can also choose to bring in your own apparatus to practice on. When bringing your own apparatus to the studio you must be able to tell us the manufacturer and the apparatus must pass a visual inspection upon arrival before being rigged by a staff member
COVID-19 Policy Notes:
As part of our reopening plan, C3 has enacted several policy and procedural changes to help us keep our staff, students, and community safer in the era of COVID-19. Policies relevant to youth or adult classes, point rentals, and private lessons are listed below; please read them thoroughly and reach out to us at info@commonwealthcircus.com with any questions before signing up. We also encourage you to read our full COVID Response Plan here: https://www.commonwealthcircus.com/covid19-response.
At this time we have moved to a masked encouraged system. Masks are no longer required but we do still encourage and support our students and staff to wear masks in the studio. We recommend wearing a filtered mask but are no longer requiring it.
