In Regard to Fees and Payments:

By clicking AGREE, a Parent/Guardian is indicating they have read and understood the following:

That Summer Camp Registration is based on a weekly registration fee of $160.00 per week (pro-rated if any statutory holidays fall within a week.)
Parents/Guardians are responsible for payment of all Program Fees.
If a parent cannot afford the registration fees they may apply for the Affordable Child Care Benefit offered through the BC Provincial Government. Forms are available online at: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/family-social-supports/caring-for-young-children/child-care-funding/child-care-benefit
Parents are expected to pay the balance difference, if any, between approved Affordable Child Care Benefit and Program Fees.
If a parent has registered and prepaid for child care services, but subsequently withdraws their registration, or receives an ACCB plan AFTER initial registration, a refund will not be given to the Parent/Guardian. Instead, a credit will be issued to the Parent’s account to be used by the Parent for future services.
Evening Drop In child care services do NOT accept ACCB plans at this time. Cancellation of any confirmed registration requires a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to receive credit.

Summer Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for July registrations must be made NO LATER than June 15th. Cancellations that occur after this date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations for August registrations must be made NO LATER than July 15th. Cancellations that occur after this date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
