Please select the program you are registering for in the calendar below. 

• Crazy Crawlers (Mondays 9am-10am; ages walking to 3 years) - is designed to introduce your child to movement, textures and body awareness. This class incorporates music and song while introducing your child to physical activity. The goal for this class is to set the foundations for a life-long love of physical movement. 

• Active Start (Tuesdays 9am-10am; Wednesdays & Saturdays 1pm-2pm - ages 5 years and younger) - This class is a open gym style class to let your child explore the gym at their own pace! We have a coach available in the gym at all times for any questions or ideas.

• Adaptive Needs (Wednesdays 2pm-3pm; ages 2-6 years) - Children learn basic motor skills such as walking, running, jumping, balancing and throwing in a fun and safe environment. These skills provide support for everyday activities as well as a base for Special Olympics sports training and competition as athletes grow older. Drop in- Pre-Registration is required 24 hours prior to this class. 

• TeenGym (Tuesdays 8pm-9:30pm; ages 13-18) - Classes focus on fitness, conditioning, flexibility and basic gymnastics skills.  It doesn't matter if you're a true beginner or an ex-gymnast, as long as you want to spend some time in the gym.  In this all-around class designed for men and women you will enjoy all apparatus', go at your own pace and work with a qualified instructor in a relaxed and friendly environment.

• Active Kids (Saturdays 2pm-3:30pm; Ages 6-12) -This program is ideal for beginner athletes who want to give our program a try! Kids will have fun learning basic beginner gymnastics. Each class begins with a group warm-up with our regular programs, follows circuits on our apparatus and then concludes with a group cool-down activity.

• Adult Conditioning & Flexibility (Wednesdays 7:30pm-9:00pm) - For individuals age 18+. All abilities welcome, no gymnastics experience required. You will work through the conditioning exercises that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Participants are encouraged you to go at your own pace, and take breaks as often as you like. This class will be lead by Cygnus Men's Program Coordinator, Jill Hood. 

• Adult Open Gym (Thursdays 8:30pm-10pm) - This class is a free structure class designed for adults 18+ to experience gymnastics! Men and women participating in this class will explore and enjoy all apparatus' in our fully equipped gym! It doesn't matter if you're a true beginner or former gymnast, as long as you want to spend some time in the gym. Go at your own pace and work with our trained instructors in a relaxed and friendly environment.
