Ce cours de ballet est dédié aux personnes désirant faire du ballet en douceur en souhaitant améliorer leur maintien, leur équilibre et leur coordination tout en augmentant leur stabilité et leur flexibilité, le tout dans le plaisir.  Après un échauffement à la barre, les participants exécutent des pas de danse au centre. Ce cours est accompagné d’un pianiste de métier.

In a friendly and harmonius setting, this ballet class is offered to people  who wish to do ballet smoothly and to improve their posture, balance, coordination and flexibility. After a warm-up at the barre, participants will learn and perform some dance steps in the centre. This ballet class is accompanied by a pianist.
