Refunds: All sales are final and non-transferable with no exceptions

Extensions: Class passes are good for 365 days from date of purchase and cannot be extended, with no exceptions. 

Door Closure/Start Time:  You may arrive early to use the dressing room and wait on the benches in the hall. We will send you the code to the main door on 12th upon enrollment of class. Your instructor will arrive at your class time and will leave the doors unlocked for 5 minutes to allow for any late arrivals. Once the doors are locked, we cannot reopen them as missing too much of warmup can lead to serious injury. Late arrivals are counted as late cancels and forfeit their class pass. 

Cancelation Policy: 

Pole 1 and Workshops: 24 hours prior to the start of class

Drop In classes: 10 hours

Any student who early cancels will have their class credit automatically put back onto their account for use at a later date. Late cancelations forfeit their class pass

Late Cancel and No Show: Late cancels forfeit their class pass. No shows are charged a $5 flake fee

Class Minimums: All classes require a 3 person minimum for class to happen. The best way to ensure that this minimum is hit is to sign up in advance. Instructors will cancel class on the morning of for weekday classes and the evening before for weekend classes if the minimum is not hit.
