PAYMENT

By choosing the purchase offline option, this means you intend to pay in person with cash or cheque, or via e-transfer. Please do so in a timely manner. If you are paying by cash or cheque please enclose it in an envelope with your child's name written on it. Please do not send cash with your child.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS

SPONSORSHIP

If your child is being sponsored please pay the agreed upon amount that was discussed with you.

MAKE UP POLICY

Missed classes due to scheduled and non-scheduled school closure days, such as holidays, PD days, and snow days will be made up by extending the program by week per missed day. If necessary, the make up class may be on a different day of the week. A maximum of 2 non-scheduled missed days will be made up.

BEHAVIOUR AND EXPECTATIONS.

The only pre-requisite for this class is a good attitude. Respectful behaviour is mandatory for all participants, including parents/guardians. If negative behaviour of a participating child or parent/guardian is resulting in a diminished experience for any other participants, The Estey Art Initiative reserves the right to terminate enrolment.

WHAT TO WEAR
In general, if clothing is suitable for the playground it is suitable for art class. We suggest not wearing any brand new, favourite, or precious clothing. Smocks are not provided, so if you wish to bring one from home, that is up to the discretion of the individual.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Students should come to the determined room of the school immediately following school dismissal. Students are to bring all belongings needed for that evening with them to art class as students are not permitted to go back to their class after our class. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
