If you are a current Firefly Student you may come to the gym for training time. You will be supervised, but not instructed. This is your time to practice what you have learned in class and build stenfth on your own. For Students aged 14 & up.

Notes: New COVID-19 Info/Guidelines : Each student has their own aerial point. You are allowed to use one piece of Firefly apparatus for the hour. We will do our best to give you your first choice.
