Description:
This class will be focused on dynamic movement, strength, and endurance, using a combination of silks, rope, and straps. Fabric theory will be covered, but we will also focus on training & conditioning principles for more demanding moves and skills.

Prerequisites: Prerequisite is Introduction to Aerial Arts, Beginner Aerial Silks, or prior aerial experience. INSTRUCTOR PERMISSION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES LEVEL 1.5 & HIGHER.
