Dynamic Sling with Jenn Bruyer

Go big or go home! ;) All the big moves, drops and totally wild transitions you can handle all on one place!

We will begin this workshop with a skills progression of dynamic movements, beats, flairs and catch locks. Students canexpect to work on: beats, flairs, dynamic pathways, simple drops, hands free dives, direction changing drops, fancy
transitions, rolls and releases.

Jenn Bruyer Bio 

Jenn Bruyer is a multidisciplinary performance artist, choreographer, and coach. She has a self described ‘cerebral’ performance style and an unquenchable thirst for a deeper and more nuanced understanding of the aerial craft. She specializes in aerial fabric, loop, trapeze of all sorts, and dabbles in all other apparatus.

Jenn has always been fascinated by all forms of dance but it wasn’t until she discovered the trapeze that she found her true calling. These ‘Two Ropes and a Bar’ lead her down the fantastic road of circus and into the far reaches of the globe. She has entertained audiences and guided students around the world including over 30 US states, China, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Austria, Canada, Costa Rica, and Mexico since 2008.

In 2022 she authored “ShapeCraft – The Sacred Geometry of the Aerial Arts”: a holistic study on shape vocabulary and design elements for all apparatus.

Notes: All Students must sign a waiver to train in our studio. At this time there are no refunds, credits, make ups, or exchanges.  You are welcome to sell your workshop spot to someone with the required skill level should you not be able to attend. Videography and Photography only with instructor permission.
