Description:
Do you want to join the fun but can't make the commitment to the full session? Friday Sampler is a structured drop in program that features gymnastics, circus aerials, props, acrobatics, parkour, Ninja Warrior, trampoline, and stunt training. Each week kids will be instructed on a variety of activities in an age and ability appropriate way. This class is a great way to try out everything Flip Factory has to offer, keeps your skills sharp, or introduce your friends to your favourite activity! Groups are of mixed levels with coaches at each area teaching skills and encouraging participants to work to the best of their ability. Registration opens 7 days in advance. Space is limited, register ahead to guarantee your spot.

Required age: 66 - 155 months on the day of the activity
