Flip 'n' Wicked Gymnastics is Georgina's Gymnastics Club! Recreational and Competitive Gymnastics classes for boys and girls provided by NCCP coaches.

Description:
Beginner gymnastics classes with a focus on stretching, flexiblity, and strength. Athletes will use the beam, bars, floor, vault and tumble track to learn their fundamental movement patterns and body shapes needed for gymnastics skills. A focus will be on learning headstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and bridges with a kick over. Please note, the Cangym program will be followed, but during this 3 week session, no badges will be issued.
