Flip 'n' Wicked Gymnastics is Georgina's Gymnastics Club! Recreational and Competitive Gymnastics classes for boys and girls provided by NCCP coaches.

Description:
Intermediate gymnastics classes with a focus on flexiblity, and strength, and skill progressions. Athletes will use the beam, bars, floor, vault and tumble track to use their fundamental movement patterns and body shapes for gymnastics skills. A skills focus will be on learning handstands, straddle rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs and walkovers. Please note, the CanGym program will be followed, but during this very short 3-week session, no badges will be issued.

Required age: 8 - 13 on the day of the activity
Notes: We are following Phase 2 recreational indoor sports protocols for re-opening.
Prerequisites: Beginner levels in CanGym (Burgundy and Red). Experience in our Novice levels (Tan and Bronze) will be helpful.
