Description:
NOT YOUR BACKYARD TRAMPOLINE!!! These lessons are on the rebound trampoline, not the tumble track. Trampoline classes with a focus on bouncing safely and in control. Skills range from shaped jumps landing on feet to twisting and rotations- Program delivery is tailored to to the athlete. We will be following our 16-level program.

Required age: 6 - 11 on the day of the activity
Notes: We are following Phase 3 recreational indoor sports protocols for re-opening.
Prerequisites: Some trampoline experience preferred.
