Description:

Spend 30 minutes with a Flip 'n' Wicked coach doing gymnastic progressions that will help you stay physically conditioned for gymnastics skills when you return to gym- from the comfort of your own home. 

Find an open space, like your livingroom, family room, or basement.  Make sure there is an adult close by. You will need to log in to zoom.us on a tablet, smartphone or laptop to be able to attend this class.

*Please note that when you mute your mic, and select speaker view you will only be able to see and hear our coach, not other participants.

Required age: 6 - 14 on the day of the activity

Notes: You may want to have a water bottle and towel nearby. ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS: How to prepare for a Zoomnastics class with Flip ‘n’ Wicked Gymnastics: 1) Please download the free Zoom app on your personal device (cellphone, tablet, iPad) and laptops HERE @ the link below https://zoom.us/support/download 2) When classes begin you will be asked to “Join a Meeting” click this link. Copy/paste or type in the meeting ID number. Then copy/paste or type in the password that you received in your email. 3) Please add your first and last name. 4) Under your name - Click blue Join Meeting box You are in!! Privacy: When you first log in to your timed class, please turn on your video until the class begins. To see only the coach, select “Speaker View” in the top right corner of your screen. You may turn off your mic during the class. Please log in a few minutes before class starts so you are ready to go! ***YOU WILL BE EMAILED THE ZOOM MEETING ID AND PASSWORD ON THE MORNING OF YOUR CLASS***
