En vous inscrivant à la compétition, vous acceptez la clause suivante:

EXONÉRATION CONCERNANT LA PUBLICITÉ

La ou le soussigné reconnaît par la présente que les évènements de la saison 2015-2016 de Patinage Québec peuvent être télévisés, en tout ou en partie, en vue d’une diffusion mondiale et y consent. L’athlète soussigné consent aussi, par la présente, à l’utilisation de ses performances, de son nom, de sa biographie et de son image durant ou en relation avec toute émission de télévision ou de radio, vidéo ou DVD, diffusion Web en continu, archivage Web, médias imprimés ou annonce ou publicité d’une telle émission, comme pourrait le préciser Patinage Québec et renonce à tout droit à une rémunération ou autre qui serait lié à ce qui est précité.

Ce qui précède est assujetti à l’assurance selon laquelle Patinage Québec protégera pleinement le statut d’admissibilité de l’athlète.

By entering the competition you agree to the following clause:

PUBLICITY WAIVER

The undersigned hereby acknowledges and consents to the fact that all the 2015-2016 events of Patinage Québec may be broadcast either in whole or in part for showing on a world-wide basis. The undersigned athlete hereby consents to the use of his or her performances, name, biography and likeness on or in connection with any television or radio program, video/DVD, web streaming, web archiving, print media or the advertising and publicizing of such program as may be designated by Patinage Québec and waives all rights to remuneration or otherwise in connection with the above.

The foregoing is subject to assurance that the eligible status of the athlete will be fully protected by Patinage Québec.

AUTORISATION POUR LES PHOTOGRAPHIES

J’autorise expressément Patinage Québec et ses partenaires à prendre des photos et à procéder à l’enregistrement d’images vidéo où mon enfant mineur figure, lors de toute activité dispensée par ou pour Patinage Québec. En outre, j’autorise Patinage Québec et ses partenaires à diffuser, publier, exposer et reproduire publiquement la ou les photographies ou images vidéos captées, sous toute forme de support (site Web, réseaux sociaux, brochures, etc.) pour des fins de publicité et de promotion des activités de Patinage Québec ou pour la création de produits promotionnels reliés à l’activité en question. Ces autorisations sont valides pour toute la durée pendant laquelle le support publicitaire ou promotionnel, ou le produit promotionnel, sera utilisé par Patinage Québec. Ces autorisations sont également faites à titre gratuit puisque je m’engage tout comme mon enfant mineur à ne demander aucune compensation financière pour la captation, la reproduction, la diffusion, l’exposition et la publication des photographies ou images vidéo en question, pour les usages mentionnés précédemment.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHS

I expressly authorize Patinage Québec and its partners to take photographs and/or make video recordings of my underage child, during any activity organized by Patinage Québec. Furthermore, I authorize Patinage Québec and its partners to broadcast, publish, reproduce any photos or video images captured in any form of media (Web site, social media, flyers, etc.) for the purpose of advertising and promotional of Patinage Québec activities or the creation of promotional products related to this activity. These authorizations are valid for the entire period during which the advertising or promotional support or promotional products will be used by Patinage Québec. These authorizations are also made free of charge since I committed myself and my underage child, not to ask for any financial compensation for the recording, the reproduction, the distribution, the exposition and publication of photographs or video images in question, for the uses mentioned above.
