Does the thought of hanging like a bat sound like a fun thing to do? Aerial Fusion is a unique way to fly and defy gravity with a blend of yoga, pilates and dance inspired movements done with aerial silk hammocks. The aerial hammock is used as an apparatus to help support and suspend areas of the body in the air 2 – 4 feet from the ground. Aerial Fusion is designed to develop a balance between breathing, stretching, strengthening, and relaxing, all while exploring playful movements in your body. No experience required!

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity

Notes: There are no specific dress requirements for adult classes, however it is recommended that you dress appropriately for a dance class. In Aerial Fusion, we recommend tight-fitting activewear clothing so that they don't get twisted up in the fabric of the silk. Long hair is best pulled back off the face. Footwear: Bare Feet
