Campers will learn the joy of sailing. We will teach them the basics of how to sail as well as the rigging, parts, and proper care of a boat. Both classroom and on water time fills their day, and other water and onshore activities ensure plenty of fun rain or shine.  The second week ends with "The Sailing Olympics," a camper favorite. The sessions have been developed to accommodate all levels of students. From beginners with no experience to kids that have taken the camp previously.

Bring young technicians into a creative, engineering environment.  Not found in stores, the special Lego Logo kits provide extraordinary opportunities for the hands-on construction.   Under the guidance of a Texas certified educator, along with detailed technical plans to follow, the participant will build robots, traffic lights, race cars, four-by-four trucks, cranes, pulleys, levers, and more during this energized week of discovery with Lego! This camp is perfect for the young Barbie enthusiast. With over 100 dolls and play sets, participants are guaranteed to have plenty of fun! Campers will find inspiration to spark their creative play through daily character building and thematic lessons. 

Our activity-based STEM projects and kits incorporate physical science and math into one. Instructors will facilitate, but students will do the creating. Race against the clock and other teams to be the best Lego expert around!

During survival situations, the four basic needs become shelter, water, fire, and food. By introducing basic techniques, your child will learn how to purify water, administer first aid, search for edible food, and more. Team Survival games will keep the training lighthearted and fun!

in this truly fascinating area of science! Campers will learn about investigative techniques using chemistry, math, biology, and physics to explore the crime scene throughout the week. 

Jr. Detectives will work together, examining and analyzing evidence to solve the mystery! 

This camp takes students on an adventure with Drones and LEGO Robots. The 1st 1/2 of the day will be focused on how to build, code, and LEGO Robots & in the afternoon, campers will switch to flying drones as we dive into the world of flight. Campers will learn fundamental physics and a little flight history and have fun! 

Students work in pairs to create a short story, draw it out, and build it with LEGO® Bricks, and then they bring it to life on film. In each camp, students will create their movie, complete with sound effects & even music. A copy of all projects will be provided via a screening link from the ESTEAM Learning Labs YouTube page for screening purposes.

Campers will learn about the world of renewable energy and more as they find solutions to Power up their world by building a LEGO Robot to help move solar panels, wind generators, and more. Campers will build wind generators and solar cars and learn about circuits and electricity and how they work through hands-on fun challenges..

Join us as we learn about food and kitchen safety, along with learning to choose the right foods to keep us healthy! Excited to cook beyond a recipe? Some of the worlds be foods come from mistakes made in the kitchen, such as, the dumpling. This class brings a hands-on experience where the kids can try combining different ingredients in a new way to adding a new flavor twist to common everyday foods we eat. Participants will test their own ideas and put a spin on old recipes using imagination and innovation to develop new and unique dishes.

This camp is for both the experienced/returning camper or beginning racer using the Optimist Sailboat. Campers will be expected to single-hand this boat from day one. Some of the racing rules of sailing, boat speed, and basic race tactics will be covered. Previous sailing camp or sailing experience is required.

Create your own personalized dolls, while learning the craft of hand sewing. In this class students make a cloth doll, a flip doll, and a cloth bag to carry the projects in. Campers decorate both dolls with hair, painting the face, and designing and sewing the clothes.
