Would you like to combine two classes into one and have more PIZAZZ and POWER? In this class, we use Pizazz Moves which are full of variety to train your body in cardio & endurance. In addition we, focus on POWER and balance. Equipment such as weights, bands, and balls may be used and much instruction will be given as you increase your energy, strength, and Pizazz! Come and try your first class for free. All ages are welcome and no class will EVER be the same. You will have FUN and feel GOOOOOD!
