Come join us for a GREAT overall workout! We use balance balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment to create bodywork combos that are both fun AND challenging. We can start right where you are, but take you where you want to be! Your classmates provide encouragement, too. Drop-ins welcome.
