Would you like to move through your days with more ease? In this class, we will explore the different ways to stretch your muscles and mobilize your body. Safe and effective instructions are given by your Stretch & Mobility specialist. Come and try your first class for free. All are welcome as variations of movements will be given to be sure that YOU feel GOOOOOD!
