Description:
This class is designed to introduce lifeguarding skills and knowledge to advanced swimmers. Participants will be using lifeguarding equipment, practicing CPR skills and mock scenarios to prepare for a future in lifeguarding. Participants must be able to front crawl & breast stroke at least 25 yards. This is NOT a lifeguard certification class. (This class is offered only as a group class for ages 10 and older) Skills Learned:
