Description

Situated in the backyard of Enderby, BC is the Hunter's Range, home of the Hunter's Range Snowmobile Association (HRSA). Hosting some of the best alpine snowmobiling in Canada, this vast mountainous landscape has something for everyone. Whether you are looking to explore endless meadows and alpine vistas or wanting to go steep and deep on challenging hills and bowls, over 100 km of marked groomed trails provide quick and easy access to the various riding areas and cozy warm up cabins. Forming a society in 1977, the volunteer based non-profit organization has since then strived to promote: • The Sport of Snowmobiling • The Safe Operation of Snowmobiles • Avalanche Awareness • The Conservation and Careful use of the Backcountry Additionally, under an agreement with the Ministry of Forests, the HRSA is also responsible for managing and maintaining the groomed trails, chalets and various riding areas. The organization manages two trail heads, both located off of the Mable Lake Road east of Enderby. The Ashton Brash trail head is located about 7 km up the Mable Lake Road, turning left onto Watershed Road, while the LaForge trail head is 30 km past Enderby, turning Left onto Noise Creek - Three Valley Gap Forestry Service Road. During the sledding season, trail collectors are situated at both trail heads selling memberships and day user passes. *2020/2021 Season BCSF Club of the Year *2021/2022 Season Canadian Council of Snowmobile Organizations Club of the Year
