Description:
Students will learn tips and tricks behind the magic of film & television. Our instructors have experience as working actors and instructors in Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Seattle, and Europe. Learn basic acting techniques for commercial work, including improv, memorization, and on-camera confidence. Hone auditioning skills. Grasp how to work with agents and casting directors. Grow through group warm-ups, scene work, and monologue performance, culminating in a final on-camera performance for a demo reel. Also covered: auditions, callback preparation, casting directors, marketing tools, and portfolio building.
