About the program:

Our summer camp will teach learning physical literacy, basic skills and musical awareness. We will go over beginner apparatus skills with the rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, and scarves, and body elements  like locomotions, posture, as well as basic turns, balances, jumps and dance steps. Some of these skills will be incorporated into the routine where we will combine the skills with music and expression. Parents and family members are invited to join us 15 minutes before the end of the last class on Friday for a short performance of the routine. 

Uniform

There is no uniform for this class. We do ask that all participants arrive:

• in clothes that allow them to move comfortably
• with their hair in a bun or pony tail, securely attached out of the way and off the face. This is for the participants' safety
