Our Adult Drop-in Program is great for those interested in using dance as a form of fitness, and want a fun creative way of staying in shape. The "drop-in" aspect allows people to decide how often they come based on their personal schedule. Older teens are also welcome to attend these classes.

Please note, while some of our adult clients have had experience with dance in the past, we also have many who are brand new to dance. As a result, teachers always make sure they provide several variations to the exercises to accomadate the various levels within the class.

Pricing:

1-class – $15 +HST

5-class multipass – $70 +HST (6-month expiry)

10-class mulitpass – $125 +HST (12-month expiry)

* If you would like to use the Multipass option, please purchase your pass from the Multipass tab in our store. You may then choose your classes and dates.

Drop-ins should pre-register Online at least 5-hours prior to the class start-time. You are welcome to come in-person at the beginnning of class; however, in that case we cannot guarantee the class will be running. If nobody has pre-registered for the class the teacher may no longer be available. This policy is a way of showing respect to our hard-working staff as it allows them to know their schedule in advance.
