KANATA GYMNOSPHERE REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

(RECREATIONAL, KINDERGYM AND SPECIALTY RECREATIONAL CLASSES)

LATE REGISTRATION: Late registrations are accepted following the session start date, subject to space availability. Fees will be pro-rated.

PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, debit, Visa Credit , MasterCard and check payments (both on-line, and in person) are accepted. Registration is confirmed only upon completion of payment. Visa debit can only be accepted in person.

INSURANCE/MEMBERSHIP FEE: The annual $45 Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee includes the Gymnastics Ontario registration fee for individual athlete insurance for the season (July – June). This fee is mandatory and is charged at the time of registration. It is valid for all registrations for the full Gymnastics Ontario season. The fee is subject to change depending on Gymnastics Ontario. This fee is non-refundable.

REFUNDS: Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS BY KANATA GYMNOSPHERE: Class schedules are subject to change or cancellations. Published recreational classes run pending enrollment and coaching availability (The club reserves the right to combine classes, as needed, in order to achieve the minimum number (4) of athletes required to run a class. Notice will be provided in the event of cancellations for make- up classes. Please note that classes will be cancelled without refund for unforeseen, extreme weather conditions. If classes are cancelled for unforeseen conditions, notifications will be available on our website at www.kanatagymnastics.ca and make up class schedule will be posted.

CLASS TRANSFERS/WITHDRAWAL/REFUND PENALTY FEE: Please note that all class transfers, unique refunds, and credits will be subject to an administrative fee of $35.00.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: Please note that if there is not a minimum of four athletes registered for a class, the class may be combined with another.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER:

A written request for all cancellations must be made to our email address: info@kanatagymnastics.ca or admin@kanatagymnastics.ca

1. MEDICAL REASONS: Cancellations for any medical reasons must be supported by a medical note in order to be considered for credit minus $35 administration fee. The credit is active from the moment the Club has received the medical note at our email info@kanatagymnastics.ca

2. CANCELLATION: A credit less the $35 administration fee will be added on your account for cancelations prior to the first three classes attended. Past the first three classes, a credit minus 50% class value penalty fee will be available.

3. CLASS TRANSFER REQUESTS: Please note that all class transfers will be subject to an administrative fee of $35.00.

BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER:

1. MEDICAL REASONS: Cancellations for any medical reasons must be supported by a medical note in order to be considered for credit minus $35 administration fee. The credit is active from the moment the Club has received the medical note at our email info@kanatagymnastics.ca

2. CANCELLATION: We understand circumstances happen. If you wish to cancel the party, the following applies:

A credit minus the $35 administration fee will be added on your account for cancelations more than two weeks before the party start date.
A credit of 50% of the party value minus $35 administration fee will be placed on your account for cancelations less than two weeks before the party start date.

3. PARTY RESCHEDULING REQUESTS:

An administration penalty fee of $35 will be charged for rescheduling more than two weeks before the party start date.
A penalty fee of 50% of the party value plus $35 administration fee will be charged for rescheduling less than two weeks before the party start date.

PRIVATE CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER:

1. MEDICAL REASONS: Cancellations for any medical reasons must be supported by a medical note in order to be considered for credit minus $35 administration fee. The credit is active from the moment the Club has received the medical note at our email info@kanatagymnastics.ca

2. CANCELLATION: We understand circumstances happen. If you wish to cancel the private class, the following applies:

A credit minus the $35 administration fee will be added on your account for cancelations more than 3 days (72 hours) before the private class start date.
No credit will be added on your account for cancelations less than 3 days (72 hours) before the private class start date.

3. PRIVATE RESCHEDULING REQUESTS:

Rescheduling will be subject to a $10 administration fee for requests more than 3 days (72 hours) before the private class start date.
Rescheduling is not possible less than 3 days (72 hours) before the private class start date.
