Description:
Experience this guided and interactive 90-minute workshop on posture stretching and exercise tools to restore and/or maintain musculoskeletal wellness. Each class is body region focused starting with the back and neck. Wear loose and comfortable clothes, bring a mat and be prepared to practice basic body mechanics and prevention-based exersizes.
