About Us: Each September we enrol between 300 - 350 youth members, aged 6 to 17 from Lasalle, Verdun and the surrounding boroughs, to play competitively/recreationally the sport of basketball. Our competitive members compete in the Montreal Basketball League while our recreational members play internally. Our structured program focuses on developing the youth as student-athletes and give them the necessary tools to become leaders in the future. Our Mission: To equip youth with the skills needed to pursue their passions and achieve their goals. Our Core Values: Collaboration-Community-Leadership-Respect Coaches / Mentors: Our staff is comprised of verified volunteers, each with 5-10 years of coaching experience, who commit to 8-12 hours per week for practices, games and mentoring. They are always trying new and innovative methods to get across to our youth and reinforce positive habits.
