Leap Studios Inc., its officers, directors, agents, contractors, employees, coaches/instructors, trainers, volunteers, members and representatives (herein collectively referred to as "Leap Studios Inc.") is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by a person participating in any and all Leap Studios Inc. activities, events, performances, rehearsals or practice sessions (hereinafter referred to as "Activities") including injury, loss or damage which might be caused.

I understand that it is my responsibility as a parent not to allow participation if there are any physical, emotional, and behavioral or other problems that might compromise safe involvement. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in the Activities. My child's participation in this activity is purely voluntary, no person(s) are forcing me or my child to participate and I elect of my own volition to have my child participate with full knowledge of the inherent risks involved.

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Leap Studios Inc., its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Leap Studios Inc., its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.

In consideration of Leap Studios Inc. allowing my child's participation in its Activities, I agree as follows:

- TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, associated with, or related to my participating in the Activities of Leap Studios Inc.
- TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS FOR DAMAGES, LOSS OR INJURY that I have or may have in the future arising out of, or associated with or related to my child's participation in the Activities of Leap Studios Inc.
- TO RELEASE LEAP STUDIOS INC. from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense
- TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY LEAP STUDIOS INC. from any and all liability for any damage to the property of, or bodily injury to, any third party, resulting from my participation in the Activities; and
- TO FOLLOW the rules and instructions given by those responsible for or in charge of any Activities of Leap Studios Inc.

TUITION, REFUNDS, AND INSTALMENT PLANS

Thank you for choosing Leap Studios Inc. Before making your program commitment by paying the deposit, please ensure that you are aware of the following:

Tuition Rates

Tuition rates are based on the full season. It is a course fee. It is not based on the number of classes each month and not based on monthly fees.
Classes that are instructed in less than 30 weeks must be paid in advance of class start.
For classes that are full season (30 weeks or longer)
Tuition is broken into an initial deposit at registration equal to two months tuition and 8 equal installments thereafter on the 15th of the months August, September, October, November, December, January, February, and March. Tuition can be paid in full at any time, and tuition paid in full before July 1 is eligible for an 8% discount on tuition.
All clients must have a credit card on file. To register a card on file, please login to www.Amilia.com (go to “Wallet”, and “Add a card”).

Refund Policy

Leap Studios Inc. does not provide refunds on any of the following:

Class tuition deposits to secure registration; Costume Fees; Membership Fee; Team Fee; Competition entry fees; group/solo/duet/trio choreography fees; Store merchandise; Event/Workshop fees; Recital Performer fees; Ticket fees; Showcase fees.

Class placements are limited and once filled becomes unavailable to others. The commitment you are making by accepting enrolment means that you understand your obligation to fulfill instalment payments until the balance is cleared, even if your child does not attend their class(es) for any reason other than noted below.

Leap Studios Inc. does not provide refunds once a class has commenced. A client who withdraws prior to the start of the class term have their instalment payment plan cancelled: there is no refund on the previously paid amounts. In the case of sickness extending past four weeks of consecutive absences, or an extreme circumstance, a deferment of enrolment to a later date will be made available.

Leap Studios Inc. reserves the right to deliver classes in the medium available to the business and clients in accordance with public health measures at any given time within the season, including but not limited to: online synchronous or asynchronous, at another location within 25 kms, and/or on a modified schedule.

Instalment Payment Plans

We offer instalment payment plans to allow clients to spread the cost of their class tuition. If you choose to pay via a payment plan, you are entering into a contract with Leap Studios Inc. to complete the payment plan in full without exception. Clients are obliged to continue any instalment payments until the balance has cleared.

If you default on payment, access to services will be revoked and we will email you to bring your account up to date. If defaulted payments are not settled within 31 days, we reserve the right to revoke the payment plan entirely and request the balance in full immediately.

Any balance that remains outstanding for longer than 90 days will be deemed bad debt and we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access to services and take collections action.
