Leduc Kanata Gymnastics Club birthday party package includes:

• Private use of the gym and lobby for 2 hours
• A certificated coach & assistant
• Decorated lunch area with tablecloths, napkins, plates, utensils, and cups (no food is provided)
• Use of full fridge/freezer & microwave
• Time to open up presents
• Small gift for each party goer
• Best part... we do all the cleaning!

Party Package Price: $195 for 10 children (including birthday child) - Option to add up to 2 additional children for $15/extra child for a max of 12 children total.

IMPORTANT **Two waivers must be signed for each party goer by the parent or legal guardian of the child, not just someone who is accompanying them. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will a child be allowed in the gym without both signed waivers. You can access both the waivers below by clicking the 'waiver' link. Please bring signed waivers for each party goer the day of the party. A child registry list needs to be filled out with party goers names (first and last) and be provided to the Club for insurance purposes. (Links provided below)

Party guests under 3 MUST be supervised 3:1 by an adult. No babies in slings or carriers allowed in the gym area. Payment due in full at time of booking. Full refunds made if notice of cancellation is given 14 days prior to party date. 50% admin fee charge on cancellations made less than 14 days of party date.

Due to a new Alberta Gymnastics Federation policy, we are unfortunately unable to use the trampoline during birthday parties.
