PAYMENT METHODS: Clients must pay online using VISA/MASTERCARD CREDIT cards only. Under no circumstances can the studio accept cash or cheque payments.

PAYMENT DATE: Payment for dance classes is required before attendance at class and to secure registration. Alternative options (subsidies) are available for families on a case-by-case basis, do get in touch at LATmontreal.dance@gmail.com for more information.

CREDITS / REFUNDS: The studio offers both a credit and a refund program in cases where a dance student cannot complete a session. CREDIT: A straight credit for the value of the remaining classes can be given to the account without penalty. This credit can either be used by a family member or friend and does not expire. REFUND: Alternatively, a refund can be given with a 10% penalty (+ a 10$ admin fee) for remaining classes. Requests for credit and or a refund must be made in writing at the time of withdrawal, by email to: LATmontreal.dance@gmail.com. Please specify in your request the reason for the cancellation, as well as which option you’d prefer.
