Required Age: 13-18 years old

Our Friday and Saturday night sessions are a fun place where teens can hang out, make new friends, take great photos for social media, and leave with new confidence and skills in the kitchen. LKA Teen Nights will teach teens valuable information about nutrition, proper recycling and composting practices, eating locally, organically, and how our choices affect the environment and our planet. They will learn how to safely handle kitchen equipment to increase their independence at home.

• this stage of development finds teenagers re-evaluating their confidence, and they need this space to take on challenges that fuel their skills, that help them feel pride.
• these ‘late night’ classes give them a place to go and have fun together while learning valuable life skills.
• we can feel more comfortable when sending them off onto their next adventure with the ability to feed themselves with healthy ingredients.
